Artistiaid Ifanc Cymru / Young Welsh Artists

I was selected to exhibit my artwork in the Artistiaid Ifanc Cymru 2023 exhibition at Moma Machynlleth. I created new soft sculptures for this exhibition titled ‘Mater Piws / Purple Mater’ and ‘Octopws’.

Also exhibited is my piece titled ‘Where Will You Hold Me?’. The group of soft sculptures are all lavender scented created with the intention of having the public touch so they can explore their senses through artwork. With ‘Octopws’ I developed this further through creating a handling artwork that the public can directly engage with. This piece is exhibited on a plinth but can also be picked up and played with.
